Does anyone have the Bebe Confort Creatis Fix infant carrier?

We've lost the instructions - are you meant to take the grey padded bit out as the baby grows?

as far as I am aware that grey bit is the newborn insert so yes i think you remove it. I have a creatis but have not used it as I have the streety car seat.

Do you mean the extra cushion bit where their bottom goes?

If so yes - it just has poppers that attach it to the bottom of the headrest fabric

It just seems that my 15lb baby is getting too big for the seat as her head is starting to come over the top. Not sure if this is normal.
