Samsonite Baby Beds

Has anyone used the portable, fold out Samsonite baby bed I saw on the Blooming Marvelous? Apparently there are two. One for up to six months and a bigger one for up to 2 years. It folds up very cleverly into a little bag. Thought it might be useful for our next trip overseas

I had the smaller one, used it a lot and found it useful.

used the smaller one when we emigrated. fantastic invention, although I made it a little more comfy putting it on top of DS2's sheepskin pram thingy.

We used one on an overseas trip and found it fairly useful for that period. Two things though - one is that the mattress is fairly thin (as mentioned) and the other is that when our older toddler laid on it (once erected) the internal wire became bent and it never 'stood up' properly after that - so some careful handling is good as they are very lightweight.
