I recently received a jacket from this website and was surprised to find that it fitted the body of DS1 (6) but the hood was so small it pulls up on the collar making it uncomfortable for him. He has a biggish head in the normal range and we have never experienced this problem before. The website do not regard this as a fault. I unfortunately took the tags off as we were away camping for the weekend (and DH was confident it would be agreed this was a fault!) and it rained and I had not checked before we left. the website cannot help me further with this problem.
Don't want anyone else to experience this!
