Bebe Confort Life range

Hi All - we started looking for pram/purchair at the weekend and I quite liked the look of the Bebe Confort Life range - there are two models, the Urban and the Active, both of which are light, have a forward/rearward facing seat unit (quite well padded it seems) lie flat so are suitable for newborns, and if you get the bebe confort elios car seat, this can click straight on to the chassis (like a travel system). Both seem to fold really easily (one handed), and the Active is umberalla folding. Has anyone used either of these (I think they're quite new) - what did you think. This is our first and the pram/pushchair business is a nightnare so far. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Vicky 29+3

Sorry to be negative. I don't know these particular models, but I got a bebe confort as my 1st pushchair and HATED with a passion, every single little thing about it. 3.5 years on & I still feel my hackles rising even at the thought of it. Myu advice is don't touch bebe confort with a barge pole.

Hi roebuck - hope all is well with bump!
We have a bebe confort trophy air chassis with a carry cot bit that clicks on. That folds into a pushchair seat which can be front or rear facing. I have to say I love it love it love it! (sorry monkey)
not sure if that's what you're looking at.
They have a good website with video. bebeconfort.com i think.
We really wanted the car seat cos that would have been so handy, but it didn't fit n our car (Rover).
The best thing we've found is to use the carry cot with the car cot fixing kit cos then bubba lies flat for longer journeys (apparently newborns are not meant to be in car seats for more than 3 hrs at a time). also meant we could take ds out to friends' houses while asleep and pop him upstairs to sleep without disturbing him. great for first 3 months.
If you do decide on bebconfort though, they are made to order in France and then shipped over, so make sure you order at least 6 weeks in advance - ie now! hth
