jane pro matrix cosy nest thing - how do i unzip it?!

Maybe I'm astonishingly stupid, but does the top of the cosy nest thing come offf? It's second hand, about three years old. Anyone?!

On mine the zips will only undo at the left side (baby's left!)
Pull both zippers to that zide and they will pull off.

zide = side obviously!!
