Does anyone know if the frog carrycot will fit on a cameleon frame?

as far as i know a frog carrycot will not fit on the cam frame as the cam frame is bigger.
It should be fine to do the other way round i.e. a cam carrycot on the frog frame but it may be a bit baggy. Im about to give this a try so will se how it looks.
