Where can I get a keyboard for dd2?

DD2 has decided she wants a keyboard for her birthday (the musical kind I hasten to add!). As DD1 will use it as well I am seriously considering it.

So.... any suggestions on type and where to get it from? I can't afford an expensive one but don't want to get a cheap, rubbish one iyswim.

Am a bit stumped - also do I get a mini one or a full size one? Thanks

hi, we bought ds (nearly 6) a keyboard a few months ago purely just for him to pretend to make music. we bought it from a chainstore called B & M Bargains for £30 and it came with a stand. Its ideal for him and reasonably priced. Don;t know whether you have a store near you but they are a bit like poundstretchers/home bargains- that sort of shop.

ooh yes we do have one - would never have occurred to me to look there though! Thanks.
