Has anyone got one of these and whats the idea? Does he wear it? Which one is best to go for?

Double your money and go for something that doesn't conk out after 20 mins (the batteries are not replaceable)

I can recommend Ann Summers, they do a range of 'gel' stretchy vibrating c@ck rings, they are about £15 and worth every penny, I can tell you
