Please help where can I buy either of these at a high street store today.

I need to buy arm bands and more importantly a flotation vest that will fit a 3 year old. I have seen loads online and ordered in time but they called yesterday and said it's out of stock and we go on holiday tomorrow, and the other company I have tried to contact and nothing.
So anyone with ideas please has to be a high street shop as my sis will have to grab one in her lunch break today.
