Teutonia Spirit S3 vs. Emma L Junga Cangaroo???

We're in a bit of a dilemma, being torn between the Teutonia Spirit S3 and the Emma L Junga Cangaroo 3 wheelers. Any advice?

Teutonia is cheaper (100 pounds), narrower (61cm vs 64cm so easier to get in and out of the house), can be reversed (baby backwards), has a 3 year guarantee, and the soft carrycot doubles as foot muff.

The Emma L Junga is MUCH lighter (10kg vs 14kg), much nicer looking (Teutonia is pretty horrible), and collapses intact with the chair and frame all together (much neater and smaller!)

So how do we choose? Any advice/help would be appreciated, especially as this is my first post

Hi, parent facing pushchairs are always better, lovely to walk along talking and seeing your little one, the teutonia looks really nice, well built, very good reviews, parent facing, which is rare for a 3 wheeler, uv fabrics, great hood which you can use in different ways, they are not that common either so you will not be like everyone else, the other 3 wheeler is nice but it looks like all the other 3 wheelers about, i am getting a teutonia spirit s3 at the weekend, i wanted an off roader and this was recommend by the assisant in the shop, i was impressed by the look and did some research when i got home, all reviews are very good, the weight, are you putting it in and out of a car everyday if not whats the problem, if you are i would go for something alot lighter than a 3 wheeler, will let you know how i get on, but what ever you decide parent facing is always best.

hi,i love the emmaljungas, BUT i also love parent facing,
my lo is 7m and i love when he's parent facing,i have a stroller i use to throw in the car when we are shopping,

i would go for the teutonia,

i have an older version of the teutonia ( the Y2K) its huge when folded, but i keep it for walking around in the country at home,

Don't have the Emmaljunga model you are referring to but I am using a trad 4 wheeler Emmaljunga for DC2 that was bought 10 years ago when DC1 was born. I love the fact we can have baby facing us - so Teutonia would be better option for you here, and I have to say that I'm not thrilled with the build quality of the Emmaljunga - we had to have a couple of repairs done , when DC1 was a baby. So, although I don't have any experience of the Teutonia I think this might be a better purchase.

i thught the emmaljunga would be good quality!

my teutonia is a fair age (i think) and its really very sturdy, light to push (doesnt have a front swivel wheel),

i've got my teutonia spirit and its fab, i got a red one and bought a white with red spots mamas and papas liner fits perfectly. It is really easy to push and just glides up kerbs etc baby looks really comfy and i can see her, has a very large seat so will easliy last her up to 4 years, the basket to a fair size although access it not great, but then alot of pushchair basket access is like this, get one you won't regret it
