Anyone have a Quinny Zapp and Maxicosi carseat?

I am 27 weeks pregnant with my first baby and we spent this weekend looking at cots, carseats and pushchairs.

We decided to buy a maxicosi carseat and a Quinny Zapp pushchair.

Just wanted to know peoples experience with the two, and also if anyone has a Vauxhall Astra and how easy is it to fix the carseat in the car?

We got the M&P Pliko plus carseat for £300 all in new in the shop under some offer they were running. I've heard bad reviews of the car seat but my DD was almost 10 pounds at birth so never really rattled around in it the way some people have mentioned with smaller babies.

Got a maclaren when DD was about 5 months which I use most of the time for dog walking and shops, but I still love the pliko for days out at fetes and that kind of thing and if going out for a long dog walk with DH as well as the cover from the sun is fab with just the hood and apron thing.
