Thank you. Can't find the model number atm but will look again.

The model number should be on the side if you take the crisper drawers out.
Try calling Zanussi directly- we had a problem with our fridge door recently that was definitely a design fault and they replaced it for free! It was Serviceforce that actually came and did the repair though.
