Hi there, We have a Maclaren Techno xt buggy, it says it can be used from birth, has anyone done this? Is there enough support for a new born? DD2 is nearly 3 months and is quite strong for her age, but obviously not sitting up yet. We are planning to go away next month and want to take the maclaren instead of the bulky travel system we have. Just wanted to hear of your experiences please. She seems to little to go in it!

Oh yes, at 3 months she will be fine it it. A newborn looks very lost in a Maclaren but your DD will be fine.

yes I used it from birth

yes, it's suitable from birth. Make sure you move the straps down to the lower set of holes though, or they'll be up by her ears.

fine. I put the bottom of the sock thing under my dd at that age. That was in the summer too, and she was fine.
