Baby swimseats?

Does anyone know which is the best one to use for a rather chunky 7 month old? He weighed just under 21 lbs last week when he was weighed at the HV.

My local pool has swim seats that you can borrow, but I never liked them.
I preferred to hold dd and swish her about

My DS loved his swimseat & moved quite happily to armbands at 18 months. There is plenty of leghole space (for chunky babies!) in the Floaties one and it comes in several different sizes to suit your babies age/weight.

I bought one and only used it about twice as I found ds liked it better if he was properly in the water - the seat keeps them out of the water (apart from their legs of course).

Was looking at the floaties one. SO do I go by weight rather than age then?
