Polo or Golf??

Want to sell my lovely VW Touran as only doing short runs to station. Can't decide between polo and golf - any suggestions?

pros for golf
larger boot
more gadgets
more leg room for when DS's grow long legs
more reliable model?

pros for polo
cheaper
cheaper to run
more enviro friendly

Golf imo. Mum has a polo and I had a golf. I loved it BUT sold it as I wanted the seats higher for putting baby (1st) seats into/out of the car.

Golf also good sell on value & demand.

The new golf (came out in Jan) is very lovely. I'm a hardened audi addict but I have to say the current golf is a nice car and the interior is a massive leap forward quality wise compared to the previous model DP had. DP has the diesel and it does 60mpg average so not that expensive to run really.
