Changing bag for double buggy?

Hi, my friend will have a newborn and a 19 month old. She has an out n about double buggy and I would like to buy her a changing bag that fits on to the buggy and that has enough room to carry things for both children. Any suggestions?

What about the Ju Ju Be BePrepared - Nice and big and comes with stroller clips so will fit onto any size stroller.

Or cheaper alternative - Wallaboo XL - no stroller clips though

Or 2 bags in one - the Babymel X2 which comes with stroller clips too.
