Is there such a thing as a pram handle cover?

I have a hauck infinity which has foam covering the handlebar. Its manky and split and I want something made in nice cotton with padding to cover it.

Yes I could do something myself, but thats a last resort

bagabottle make them to cover a bugaboo bumper bar, you could email them to check if t would fit?? Or is it poshbugs that makes them...they are on ebay or the bagabottle website, only a few pounds too.

I use a chain stay protector from a mountain biking shop. The chain stays are the "prongs" that the back wheel sits between. Various sizes here:
