Phil and Teds sunshade - where are we going wrong

Have put the buggy together and just cant figure out the sunshade.

Is there a knack to cliping it in?
How do you keep the internal wire around the front edge low to maintain the shap of it.

Ours is jiggling around in the slots and the wires wont stay in position to give it shape.

I bet it's something really easy, but we've given up.

Sport, yeah, the poppers I've got, they pop open or closed depending on if the hood is open or closed, but the wire that goes along the very front rim to give it shape is back at the second line if that makes sense and we have to pull it into its shape every time. The hood in general seems a bit detatched. I thought it would be firmer when on.
