Steam Cleaners ?

Anyone know if those little hand held steam cleaner things work ? Seen one for about £30 thought it would be good for cleaning the shower tiles /grout / cooker etc

I was able to borrow an industrial model from my brother (who owns a hotel) so I found it great. Not used a small domestic model so can't comment. The threads might add insight though
