It's impossible to find out how tall the bally thing is! Does anyone have one and if so could they please measure the overall height of the bit you have to screw into the wall, and also how tall each of the grey attachment hinges are?
The top of our stairs has a daft banister/doorframe setup where there are no flat surfaces opposite each other, and if the hinges need to be higher than the flat bits on our banister we'll have to start the search again...
