Can I make the seat on my Petite Star Zia seat more upright?

I've pulled the strap as tight as I can but my 14-month-old always ends up slumped down the seat.

Am I missing a trick?

Watching thread as I have the same problem! I have pulled the strap through as tight as possible and tied in place (probably exactly as you have already done) It is really annoying as DD is always slipping down and then if she falls asleep and I need to recline it, its a right faff to undo it all. I am considering replacing it. Hopefully someone will come along with a helpful suggestion.

I had a Zia and my ds always had to prop himself up with blanket to sit upright. He didn' like it at all. Sold it and bought a Maclaren Techno XT.
