Anyone successfully taken the wheeels off a pushchair - and got them back on?

I bought a second hand stroller and there is more wear on the outside back wheels that the inside ones. So I wanted to take the back wheel units off and swap them round to even up the wear iyswim. But I can't for the life of me see how to get them off. It is a Bruin Alpine umbrella folding stroller. There does seem to be bolts through but without normal ends that you could use a screwdriver on.

Has anyone else managed to take the back wheels off a stroller?

Many thanks

have you made sure you can get replacements first?

on mine I had to take out the plastic bit in the middle of the wheel, that gave access to the cap on the end of the axle

Not sure I need replacements - just wanted to interchange the 2 back wheel units to even up the wear.

I took out the plastic bits in the middle too and had a look but I can't see how to get that axle bit out either!

ahh sorry, yes I see what you mean.
on mine I Had to force the little metal bit off the end of the axle. not sure they'd have gone on again that easily though

Will be watching this thread with interest. I have an old pushchair I want to remove the wheels from so I can put the wheels on my lawnmower . It does seem very difficult.

I thought it was such a good idea, and it sounds so easy.
