The instructions said all you need is a screwdriver and to just screw into the wall.
This made a large hole, too large for the screw to ever stay in but not deep enough to get it in completely anyway.
So we got out the drill, masonry bit, plugs and bigger screws.
This made 2 larger holes, also too wide and not deep enough.
Has anyone else had anything similar? The drill made satisfactory holes in the wall just a few months ago so I'm not sure where we're going wrong? I'm about ready to give up but I'm not sure if the shop will even take the damn thing back.
