More than one TV at home - how do your aerials work?

Sorry, really basic question, but if you have several tvs at home, how do all of your aerials connect? One aerial with lots of wires coming through the walls of each room? Or several aerials? (We are about to become a 2 possibly 3 TV family!)

You can buy splitters which you use to branch where you want to. It does therefore reduce the signal strength to each telly (you can buy a signal booster if thats a problem.) If you are cutting the cables you'll also need to buy the connector ends. Dead easy to do your self.

One aerial, two cables laid separately to the relevant rooms.

We had someone in to install the cable- worth it IMHO as he cabled round the outside wall, through the loft etc and did a very discreet job
