Anyone got any experience/feedback on star-type soaker shower heads?

Hi - has anyone got any experience of shower heads like this one ?

They look nice, but not sure if they will give an effective shower versus a square or circle shaped soaker.

Anyone had the pleasure (or otherwise) of using one?

Thanks Fircone - that was one of my fears. Didn't want to be swayed by the look of it then waste money on a crap shower experience!
