Anyone familiar with the Baby Jogger range? What are the main differences?

I started off looking at the City Mini (double) and see that they also have a City Series and a City Elite. As far as I can see the City and Elite have air tyres but what apart from that? There's quite a difference in price.

The series and elite also have adjustable handle height from what I can see.
I have a City Mini, and love it. Both my 6 month old and (large) 3 year old fit in it no problem.

I have had the BJCM & now have the City Elite.

Main differences are that the City Elite has;

  • Phnuematic tyres
  • Side ventilation panels on the hood
  • Built in parent console on the handle bar (contains 6 pockets which are large enough to hold my purse, phone, keys, 2 bottle of drink & more)
  • The viewing window/ventilation panels are magnetic
  • Better harness
  • Built in, removeable leg rest for younger babies with a built in pocket under the seat for storage
  • Padded seat
  • Zipped pocket on back of seat unit
  • Larger basket
  • 2 storage pockets on the back of the seat
  • Adjustable handle
  • Detachable parent safety strap
  • Suitable up to 75lbs

I adore both, but as an everyday pram the BJCE is leaps ahead & I just love it.

I got mine brand new from PLO for £256.95 (Usually £269.95 but they had 5% off when I bought)

I do however also love the BJCM & will get another in a heartbeat.
