What is a good car for getting dc in and out of the forward facing car seat?

I want to change my car as a) want to anyway, and b) find it a nightmare to get my ds in and out of his car seat. We have the Maxi Cosi Priori and I have a 5 door Renault Clio. It's the model prior to the current one. Everyone told me to get back doors in my car as I would need them with a child, but to be honest I think I would find it easier to lean in the car and put him in the seat face on. Every time I put him in I either bang his head or narrowly escape doing so, and feel like I'm going to give myself a prolapse by having to strain to put him in at such a funny angle ! Anyone got a good car with plenty of room in the back, or a 3 door car that is easy to get them in and out?

hi, i've got a bebe confort axiss car seat it turns to face you to put dc in/out. its absolutely great. baby seems dead comfy in it and reclines too. think cost about £150, only disavantage is its not iso-fix, but has ratchet type fastning in and very secure.
would recommend to anyone!!

We have a Citroen Nemo (like a Berlingo but slightly smaller) and love it. It's basically a bit like a van so has sliding doors and a tall roof but fab for getting the kids in and out...

i have a britax 2 way elite and find it easier to get the baby in and out of than the priori i also have! might be cheaper to get a new seat than a new car! oh and it fits in a clio ;)

Mazda 5; I've got a bad back and it's made life sooo much easier. It's high so you don't have to double up to put them in.

hi I have a suzuki wagon R and find the high back seat great. Also my dd aged 2 1/2 can climb in and out of her seat on her own( If she is in a helpful mood). It is a bit funny looking but has loads of space for a small car
