Have seen an upsy daisy blow up bed but not sure how comfy it would be. Needed for camping mainly for my 3yr old dd. Thanks x

My DS slept in a junior ready bed at a friends recently (hes nearly 3) and I have to say the cover was very thin sort of baby blanket thickness which didn't seem warm enough to me considering he is used to a 13.5 tog duvet.
Shame as he seemed comfy enough in it. I personally wouldn't buy one if thats what the upsy daisy one is.

Thanks - I know the cover is quite thin - does anyone have any ideas for an alternative? Thanks

We just use a single airbed and a junior sleeping bag when we go camping.

Used the ITNG ready bed for my 2.6 yo - she loved it, accessorised w her normal pillow and duvet

The ready beds are hopeless for camping - we tried them but my dds ended up wearing nearly all their clothes to stay warm. We bought them single airbeds and junior sleeping bags like QueenFee. We got Gelert sleeping bages which were reasonably priced, warm and pink (very important for dd2!) like this www.gelert.com/Products/Snuggle_300_Sleeping_Bag.aspx - they do a blue version as well.

The other problem with readybeds is that if they roll-off the bed rolls with them and ends up on top of them.

Ds has a ready bed and it makes loads of noise when he moves. Its really squeaky. What about a self inflating mat (Lidl are getting some on tomorrow) or a blow up bed and a sleeping bag. I have just ordered one of these.
