I had a pushchair delivered by parcels for delivery last week, it got damaged, I've emailed them 4 times now, and have been totally ignored. They dont have a telephone number, but just email, which according to the website, will get a "speedy response" within working hours. As I said, 4 emails and a full week later and I have had no response from them whatsoever.
Has anyone else dealt with them and had this problem?
