I have started looking at pushchairs. This is my fourth baby and I dont want to spend 700+ on a bugaboo.

My requirements are:

  1. Car seat to click onto chassis
  2. Carrycot to click on easy
  3. Air filled tyres for good suspension
4 Not too heavy.

Anybody got any of the above? I am getting so confused and going round in circles.

Oh then there is the m&p luna mix, see I havent got a clue. Please help

I have the Vigour 3+ and it has solid tyres. Very happy with it though.

I don't think any of those three prams have air filled tyres.

But personally, I'd get any of the three

Lots of the newest models are moving away from the air tyres to foam-filled ones because they still deal with rough terrain well, but are less likely to puncture.

The car seat for the luna mix doens't click directly into the chassis - it clicks into the seat unit, so that you have both on at the same time.

We are considering the Vigour - I like the Skate also, but it's heavier (I think the vigour is 11kg and the Skate is 13)

I had the vigour - great but son grew out of the seat unit before he was 2 - he was big-ish but not huge or anything. Otherwise I couldn't fault it.

Oh yes, DD (20 months and not very big) is a bit squashed in the Vigour now.

I would go with bugaboo every time. You wont be paying much less than £700 for either a joolz or a skate if you buy new, and bugs hold their value really well. Also, my almost 3 year old still has growing room in the bug, and it pushes and turns with one finger, despite her being a proper little porker. If you cant afford to spend the £££ on a new bug, consider buying second hand. they are built to last.

I agree with the comments about the Vigour my DS was too big it about 20/1 months.
