Can someone tell me how to transfer podcasts I have downloaded to my itunes library onto my bloody ipod shuffle because if you don't I am about to jump up and down and crush the bloody thing!

ARGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH. I have a podcast in my library how the hell do I get it onto the ipod I can get music onto it but not a podcast for some reason what am I doing wrong?

Oh i've just managed to do it kind of by accident!
