I saw one, that is clear, with all the little gears and I can't find it, because I don't know the make.

Any ideas for clock type gifts for children would be good too.

There is a product called 'Make A Clock' but I can't find anywhere that has it in stock at present. Link to a picture It is made by Schylling and it looks like the UK distributor is Earnest The Bear Toys. You can't buy from them directly, but you could e-mail their sales dept to see when new stocks are expected - then order from one of the online toy companies.

The one you saw is the one you can send off for from the guardian I think. DS has it, it cost £15, he loves it and loved making it, but it doesn't actually, work very well and when it does work the ticking is so loud it can be heard in every room of the house.
