I always knew them as 'birds'.

I got one last year in the Matalan sale. Wicker with a cotton lining, sturdy white plastic plates, mugs, knives and forks oh and a little salt and pepper set.

I must add that we have never used it outdoors but the DD's love using it for tea parties at home!
