Thomas The Tank Engine sweatshirts and/or jackets - has anyone seen any??

DS1 is desperate for at least one new sweatshirt and/or jacket to wear when it is not so warm this summer (so quite lightweight ones) - the ones he has got are rapidly getting too small for him and it is quite embarrassing when I put them on - but as they are Thomas ones, he insists on wearing them.

Have just been shopping and cannot find anything apart from one jumper/sweatshirt in M&S which was a rather dull grey colour.

Have googled and still can't find anything.

Has anyone seen any or know where I can buy such a thing (is it because it is summer clothes in the shops??)

Do you have a Sportsworld near you? They usually have Thomas things admittedly have never seen a jacket.

Yep - looked in there and on the Internet as I usually get some good stuff from there (got DS1's winter coat for £8!) but nothing - just t-shirts.

Mothercare always seem to have something Thomas IME or sportsdirect if you have one nearby. Not sure if they do online?

I bought ds1's lightweight thomas jacket from adams last year. think they have them again this year but they are about £16.

also sainsbury's sell thomas clothing.

Fimbo - those jumpers are not quite what I was after.

I have found one in Mothercare (thanks Sammy) (why did I not think of Mothercare??) but need another one as a spare.

Tutu most of the Adams around here have shut down as I used to get a lot of stuff from there aswell. May try the website then (if that still exists)

Bonkerz thanks - do you know I ummed and aahed whether to go in BHS but decided not to as I have never even looked at childrens clothes in there, let alone bought any (and DS2 was getting a bit whingy by that time). I guess I should have gone in!!

I got a lightweight raincoat in Sainsburys with Thomas on...

I have seen Thomas clothes in M&S and Adams.

Also Sainsbury's.

Asda have a tracksuit set in at the moment... but a good place to look is definitely mothercare.

I have just found a TTTE jacket that DS1 has grown out of. It is age 2-3 years. Any good?

I've got a fleecey zip up that DS has grown out of. It's a 2-3 but is small for its size, as 2-3 fits DS well at the mo. Let me know.

adams (if you still have any open near you) and debenhams usually do thomas stuff. Mine loves them too.

Thanks ladies but I was after 3-4 years as DS1 is nearly 3.

Just been to Sainsburys and managed to get a raincoat but no jumpers/jackets.

Will try Mothercare as there does seem to be a zip-up top there which probably fits the bill.
