I bought what looks like a lovely one in TKMaxx today (ie haven't tried it yet) - "sateen quilted" 300-count 100% cotton percale cover, £25 for a double size (filler is 200g polyester)

(It's "hotel collection")

I know that ikea sell them, not sure whether price is good or not. on the whole though i find ikea to be pretty good value and products of decent quality.
