Amazing toy bargains on the D&A website!

Check out www.datoys.co.uk!
They are having a bit of a stock clearout & there are some amazing bargains!
They have a Bratz swimming pool thing, which is reduced from £70 - £15!!!
They also have a Disney princess Jasmin's palace, which is down from £40 - £10!
A robot which is reduced from £50 - £10!
They also have one of those water slide things for the garden, down from £30-£10 & a Topper the trick Terrior dog down to £4!
I love a bargain!!!

I ordered something a couple of days ago, but have not recieved a confirmation e-mail and the site will not allow me to log in to check status either. I have sent an e-mail to the e-mail address on the contact us page, but it has been bounced back to me I guess I need to find that phone number.

My parecl (Ramon Robot, Terrier & PLay food) finally arrived today BUT has anyone else had a problem with the robot ??

He doesn't seem to respond to the headset/key pad & yes we have tried 2 new batteries
DS is most upset - fortunately we had the terrier in reserve but its a poor substitute for the dancing robot !

Phone them up & complain.
Explain that it is faulty & ask for another one to be sent.
They will send a courier out to collect the faulty one.
I haven't tried my ds's yet, as I am keeping it 4 part of his birthday present.
I hope it will work!

Yes will do - its just a pain in the bum with the bad courier they use only seemingly being in our area on certain days & we are both out in the week. Grrrr. I'll ring them tomorrow

Get straight on the phone & give them what for!
I noticed that it seems to need loads of batteries!

whizz we had a similar problem and found that the ribbon was getting caught between the battery and the contact, is this the case with you. Also the voice recognisition bit is hard! Dh is struggling but getting there you have to not shout!

My order has just turned up complete (ordered 4 reduced price things) and I only placed it at lunch time yesterday!! The Courier was ANC.

I never recieved any confirmation, nor was Iable to send them an e-mail or get in touch via the phone. BUT the toy did arrive on Tuesday - just a 3 or 4 days after ordering. So great deliery service!

What a saga. Rang up about the faulty robot "no problem we will swap it for a new one at your convenience". So arranged for it to be exchanged at work on Wed. Packaged it all up but they never came to collect it on Wed or Thur. Finally turned up on Friday BUT didn't bring the new one - ARGH. More phone calls until eventually they said they couldn't send out a new one until they had the old one back. It should be arriving tomorrow. We'll see !

It arrived to day - we have the robot and it works !!! Almost a month since I ordered it (Apr 30) !!
No seriously, the bargain was worth the wait. DS loves it & so do I

You can either control it via basic voice comands or by pushing a key pad. Walks forwards, backwards, left, right, dances, waves, touches toes, picks up magnetic things, sings, does sit ups and shuffles. Quite cool really - it comes out with some funny things too - made me laugh when it burped & then said 'scuse me !
