It's a stupid time to post about this I know, but I've got myself so in a tizzy about it I can't sleep!
I bought a pair of shoes for DD but had to return them as they were too big. I emailed them (no reply) but also returned them with the form completed and actually just asked them to exchange for a smaller size, or else let me know what else they had avail in DD's size (they have a great sale on).
The shoes were returned 10 days ago. I've emailed twice since then and no reply. On Friday I called the number on the invoice and got BT ladies voice "I'm sorry, the number you are calling is temporarily out of service".
Given how swiftly I got an email back when I place the order, and how swiftly they delivered the shoes initially, am I right to be somewhat concerned that something may have gone a bit wrong here....especially in the current climate.
They are still trading online, but I'm nervous I'm not going to see my money back now, or see an exchange.
