This wont help, but I had exactly the same problem and I got so fed up I just phoned them instead, and the good arrived next day!

Instead of product search, have you tried going in under 'quick shop'? Just a thought - I just bang in the ref no, and size, then add to basket (can be deleted later), then check stock - this usually works ok

My sister has had an e mail offering her 15% off the new Xmas direcoty that she will get a free preview of on the 1st, and free dleivery etc.

Anyone else had this?
