Taggies / Kaloos / Cuskies / Comforters

I really love Kaloo plushy comforters and already have 1 (getting another of the same in case of laundry day and heaven forbid lost toy syndrome), but wondering what others have used and found to have worked well.

I like the look of some of the Taggies - does anyone's DC really love them?

I've seen Cuskies and some others too...a general opinion would be great.

My son (now aged 4 but then only a few months) managed to swallow the tip of the 'clown's hat' of his cuskie and was choking when I happened to walk past his room. It was a quiet sound I don't think I would even have picked up on the monitor. I dashed in and pulled it out and felt like a doctor in ER pulling out a patient's ventilator - it went on forever. I wrote a letter at the time and reported it to trading standards. They still are manufactured with those long pointy hats though.
So to cut a long story short - I'm not a huge fan of cuskies.

we like jellycat and the jojomaman bebe ones.

OMG Sam, thanks for that. Will definitely steer clear of Cuskies. Nicola can you link the specific ones you like?

ds takes 3 of the small taggies to bed with him (one is pink as I bought it for his sister but she showed no interest in it). The other 2 are blue and one is supposed to be the spare if the other goes missing but he managed to find it and wanted it in bed with him too.

I got mine from here. They have quick delivery and are reasonably priced too.

Dd has 3 of these. (although hers don't have brown on) We rotate them to wash.

She LOVES them. They are magic! She holds it, sucks her thumb and is asleep almost instantly!!

She's on the customer photos page too..

My dd is coming up 4 and still tkes her tagiie book "Booky" to bed every night. we bought it as she latched on to cuddly toys/blankets/clothing with silky tags from being a few months old. I bought mine of ebay. I had to buy a replacement when one got lost when she was younger. I bought a taggy pillow but she is not as bothered.
