Need a great 7kg condenser tumble dryer - can anyone recommend (or not) their one?

"Which" says the Zanussi ZDE57140W is good for the price, and the Eco White Knight 43a gets a good write up too. Anyone got those or any others they can swear by? Or which should i steer clear from?

Thanks for any info!

Condenser driers are crap.
A vented drier is the only way.
Anyhoooo, tis summer, hang it outside.

I have this one and have had no problems with it. The condensor drawer is at the top rather than the bottom so makes emptying the water so much easier. The drum is huge as well.

Condensers are FAB PP, what you on about ?! And i agree with outside - till you have days like today and 2 loads of washing to dry!

Thanks 5inthebed, that was one of the "dont buys" on Which, so that's interesting that you say it was good - very good price too

I have a Indesit IS70c, it is fab, not sure how much it was, a pressie from my mother in law. I do dry outside though on good days

Another vote for the Indesit one, although we bought ours from Comet a lot cheaper than that at Christmas (about £150)

A friend has told me about the Comet Auction site, which is an online auction for goods that might have no packaging, marked etc. She got the same tumble dryer as me for £80, just because there was a slight dent in the side, and no packaging!

Btw I had a vented drier before this one, and condenser def wins

I have that Zanussi one but it is vented. Have only had it a couple of months and is good so far.
Had to replace my whirlpool condenser one after only having it two years as it was costing more to repair than replace
