Hair washing for the elderly

My grandmother is now 90 and needs assistance with personal care( which she adamamntly refuses) she does however allow me to do her feet and hair.

My problem is she cannot lean forward/backward over a sink for me to do this due to neck stiffness and dizziness.

Is there anything out there that means I can do her hair properly( am currently using dry shampoo but do not fel this is a good long term option.

BTW there is no way she will let me get her into the shower or bath

has she seen an occupational therapist? they can provide gadgets for this kind of problem... first thing that springs to mind with my OT head on would be a hair washing tray, which goes over the sink...

Thanks Cheeky, thats what ipod linked to.
I have tried to persuade her to have assessments, help but she is having none of it, I am currently trying to get a gas tap installed behind the cooker so I can use it and she can't( terrible smell of gas as she hadn't lit the cooker properly when I went in on Fri. She is a danger to herself but has moments of clarity and refuses help or change.
I have to ring 2x during the day to make sure she is wearing her careline, and even then often pop by to check she has it.
