Alternative to a 'Chillow' for hot-headed pregnant me.

I love my chillow www.chillow.co.uk/2008/template/ as I get a really hot head at night. However they are basically a bit crap and bunch up easily so after a few months they don't really function. And they're really expensive.

I'm looking for an alternative to keep my head cool at night - has anyone tried a buckwheat or hops pillow? Other than that I'll have to get dh to wall mount a fan and direct it onto my head

Hi. I love the Chillow and found it great when pregnant - if you're having problems with it bunching you should give them a ring - I did and they were really helpful. I don't know if you've tried this or not but I undid the stopper and allowed more air to get in, almost blowing it up like a balloon, I could then straighten the inner bit out to the right position.
