has anyone bought any school summer dresses from asda?

Do you mind me asking what the attraction is? I have seen a few little girls wearing them lately but I can't work out why people would want them over a dress which I feel is looser and more comfortable to wear in hot weather.

thanks snice - that is good to know.
if we can't get a dress that buttons top to bottom i'd like to try seperates as dd found the summer dresses she had last year difficult to get on and off. don't worry, i wouldn't dream of sending dd to school in something she wasn't comfortable in!

I think they're nicer for older girls too, my neice who is 11 wouldn't wear a summer dress but will wear the skirt and blouse thing. I was in asda this week and they didn't have them as far as I could see, only place I've seen them is sainsbos.
