O'Baby Apex Tandem - reviews anyone?

I can't find any reviews for this tandem buggy anywhere. I'd really like to know if anyone has one.

What I'm looking for is something for

a)newborn and big toddler (will be 2.8 - already 15kg and tall for age but I'm starting to doubt that he'll actually stay on a buggy board)
b)not too difficult to maneuvre
c)not massively fussed about getting it into boot as it would be more for local trips to park but obviously compactness is always a brucie bonus
d)suitable for med height me (5ft5")
e)suitable for hanging my changing bag on without tipping when empty.
f) recline some way at least for toddler. I dont' think the front seat reclines at all on this but I'd like to confirm.

i don't think it would work for you- nice buggy but for a big toddler it will just be too heavy! front seat doesn't recline.

the age old p&t would work, or maybe a single with a duo seat option- like a mutsy
