Canvas shoes for size 3 feet?

DD has particularly sweaty little feet (inherited from me ) so I want to find her some small size 3 canvas shoes for summer - pref plain navy so that they will go with everything.
I've tried startrite, clarks, jojo, M&S and general gooling. But everything seems to start at size 4. I actually got some size 4s from jojo hoping they might fit and they were lovely but over a cm too long.
Any ideas?

H&M?? I got My DS a pair of canvas boot type things from there, not sure what the girls section is like and what sizes they do, but it might be worth a look.

Ooh yes - i'd love some for DD too - why does nowhere do size 3 grrrr. I got really excited when i read Ruby's post until i realised they were large size 3

They don't very often go that small - that's the problem .
I have managed to get some white sandals from ecco, they fit. It's a really good shop - but lots of shoes that used to be in size 3 start at 4 now. I had the choice of the slightly orthapedic looking ecco ones or a hideous garish pink/glitter/yuck/yuck/yuck affair.

Arrghh feel your pain - I had same issue with wellies when dd was little - regretably the only place I found them was woolworths.... Ebay???
Have you actually tried some shoes on?? My dd is sometimes a completely different size in clarks and startrite so if you find some size 4's you like they might actually fit???
How old is she? Could she have insoles??
