Toddler pram seat - any experiences?

Does anyone have experience of the Baby Dan Pram seat?

And do you think it would do OK on a Britax Vigour? I'm not convinced as the carrycot fixes on with a single bracket either side, a bit like the Quinny Buzz

hmm yes that vigor looks pretty flimsy

I think that toddler seat won't work too well because it will obscure the baby!

I had quite a sturdy pram (ebay) and just bunged both of them in it at times

I would look for a more sturdy pram and try something like that

Have a look on ebay for an Emmaljunga, ABC or Bertini pram, to carry the weight of a toddler at that position you need a very solid pram with air tyres.
The baby dan seat uses clips like the 3 point harness inside the pram, going underneath to secure it, I'd much rather have it screwed into the frame of the pram like those mentioned above.

Heheh- my experience with pram seats is when I wa sin one myself... I used to love it! Not much help, sorry- but the riding position was great for seeing things.

I have Hauck infinity, so it would probably be quite stable- rests on chassis, not with brackets.

It fits on a Hauck Infinity like a dream., really stable.

aw, that looks great (I'm on a quest for some way to accomodate a 2.5 yr old and newborn) and I've got an infinity.

However my toddler weighs 15kg now so it aint going to happen as thats the max and bub isnt due for a good while.

Bah!!

Actually the Vigour carrycot is similar to the infinity.

I cannot find a double pushchair (apart from P&T but we have other issues with that!) to fit through my front door.
