dh bought a creative zen few weeks ago, and had a right game getting music to load. we bought it online at tesco, but he pretended he got it from pc world, and they checked it to see if faulty, it wasn't, but a problem to do with how he waS DOWNLOADING, something to do with files? (dont ask me - i'm not technical). he bought something else, and then it worked- a faster lead? He's as happy as a pig in clover with it now!
