Jane Prams... Where can i get mine serviced?

The front wheel on my Jane powertrack is constantly driving me mad... it wobbles all over the place and i cant figure out how to fix it.... how/where can I get it serviced? or does anyone know how the front wheel tightens?

Hi...this is a well known Jane problem, which they deny is their fault, but which nevertheless they have written an A4 info sheet on. I used to have it, not sure any more. If you phone Johnston prams, they should be able to email it to you. My husband periodically fixes it, or a bike shop will be able to. A short term fix is to lift the handle bar to the highest level. If you are still struggling, I'll try and find the email!

thanks... also, the brake bar slips so that it rubs on the brake spokes when pram in motion, also driving me nuts! any idea how to tighten the bolts on this? (have found the fact sheet you mention, thanks!
