Has anyone seen any Dungarees for 2-3 year old boys in the shops?

I would prefer long legged ones, not shorts. I have had a look online and couldn't find any for over 2's in M&S, Next, Debenhams, John Lewis, La Redoute/Vertbaudet or Adams. Mothercare had one but they were £20 and Boots had some but they were out of stock. My son is 98th percentile for height and weight so maybe could even do 3-4 year olds.

I have seen some on ebay but wanted the option of taking them back easily if they didn't fit.

Its odd that theres loads on ebay for over 2s but most of what I have found in the shops are for under 2s.

Thanks

I think GAP still do them - my be more than £20 but they last for ages as you just let the sraps out so is worth paying extra if you can.

Thanks. Am going to go where there is a gap next week so will have a look.

My Boots had some reduced to £9 when I was in today. They had most sizes up to 5-6.
Could be worth a look in store.

John Lewis do them, but not online.

Boots do them, as do Baby Gap

JJMB and Frugi usually do boys dungarees.

oooh, next have the most adorable red ones that I might have to buy for a friends 2 year old...i'll go find them!

they don't seem to be in the directory which is odd. they were fairly light weight summery ones, without a top and they were long legged. seriously cute. they had them in 2-3 and 3-4. Think they were around a tenner, I was surprised how reasonable they were.

There is a farm supplies shop near here, who have, alongside the work clothes for the farmers, the cutest dungerees and tractor suits in blue, navy, green, orange and even shocking pink - age 2 upwards and well under £10. We saw them when we were in looking at the toys - farmyards, tractors etc.

I too got some in Boots last week in the sale, they are lovely and age 2-3 (keeping for DS who is only 17 months just now!). They went up to age 4-5 I think.

Crikey, I probably have a load I could send you 2nd hand for postage. Let me know if you want 'em. I can describe in detail.

ihatemyjob · 17/04/2009 14:19

aah thanks for that. I didn't see that, its very sweet of you but my son really has loads of clothes I was only being a bit obsessive wanting some dungarees. Probably best to give them to someone who needs them more.

I bought some in mothercare. They had loads in there that they didn't have online. Loads of short ones too. I was spoiled for choice!

You could try H&M - they'e quite large on the sizes too I think.

We've got luverly OshKosh ones - you can get them in TK Maxx sometimes.
