i LOVE mine. it is hardwearing, moves well. good on all sorts of rough ground, my only complaint is that the basket is skimpy.
my friend had the icandy apple and compared to mutsy it is very flimsy

cant comment on the carseat though as i got a maxicosy and the adapters

I had an older Mutsy, ie the usual one you see without swivel wheels, and although it was heavy and quite well built, I found it had a few issues.

I don't know if the light one is totally different but watch out for:

as Pud says, small basket with very low sides, not much use

Carrycot fitting so it sloped towards you...very strange. And shallow carrycot, I wasn't confident of ds staying in it if we went over a big bump.

Fabrics - marked very easily and didn't wash without leaving a horrid water mark.

Clacky plastics on the seat mechanism.

That's all really - just check one out IRL before you buy it.
